Action Plans
Weekly work under a quarterly target. One type: Leads, Offers, or Business model.
The short version
Action Plans belong to quarterly targets only. North Star targets do not get plans. Each plan has exactly one type: Leads, Offers, or Business model. A target can have more than one plan, and should have at least one.
The canvas answers four things: Deliverables, why the plan moves this Target, closeable Actions, and by when. A plan is Not started while every Action is still Open. It is Running when the first Action is In progress or Done. It is Done when every Action is Done. There is no Start button.
Actions have a title, a due date, a status (Open, In progress, or Done), and an assignee. The owner can change the assignee. My actions lists work assigned to you. One action can wait on another in the same plan.
