Language (English or Spanish) lives in the user menu inside the app. The public site follows the browser.

Notifications is cadence vs team alerts vs marketing: morning focus letters, team-activity email and browser push, product reminders, and optional founder notes. Login and security emails always send. Focus already lists reviews, due Actions, and setup, so you get one product letter per local morning; the hourly scan is the fallback when focus did not send.

Model keys are developer API keys if you want the agent to call another provider at your cost. A ChatGPT or Claude chat subscription is not a key.

Calendar (in Settings) connects your Google Calendar. Map a calendar and weekly free hours per venture so Team chat can propose meeting times.

Task managers (in Settings) export your Actions. Completing the remote task closes the Action here.

Connected data (venture sidebar) is where the owner connects Stripe, PostHog, GitHub, Google Analytics, and other numbers apps so agents can read that venture's figures. Agents search those apps together (revenue can live in Stripe and in PostHog) and remember the mappings. They cannot change those apps. GitHub uses a fine-grained token you paste (Contents, Issues, and Pull requests read-only), then the repos you pick for that venture. Agents can search and read those files to ground strategy and reviews. Google Analytics signs in with Google, then you pick one or more GA4 properties for that venture. A cofounder sees status, never keys.

People (in the venture sidebar) is where the owner invites a cofounder to that one venture. The invitee can read the plan and update only Actions assigned to them.

Team (next to People) is the shared chat. @ people by name. @{venture} wakes {Venture name} Agent. Reply quotes a message in the same room and mentions that person — or wakes the agent if you reply to it. You can also create a room per Action Plan. Share images, PDFs, documents, and spreadsheets with the + button or by dragging a file onto the composer. Email and web push can notify you of mentions, assigned Actions, and meetings. Finished agent turns use the bell and browser push, not email.
